ALL LOC INSTALL CLIENTS: IN ADDITION TO YOUR CONSULTATION, YOU MUST MEET SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS TO SCHEDULE YOUR INSTALLATION APPOINTMENT DATES. FOR ALL LOC INSTALL CLIENTS, ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON ANY DEPOSITS/DOWN PAYMENTS.

Cancellations for regular retightenings are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Within 48 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled cost.
